Our olive mill has been producing top-quality oil in Hellín (Albacete) since 1995. Since then, it has undergone continuous modernization of its machinery and production capacity.

Today, in our new facilities, we have the capacity to mill 40 million kilos of olives, with a complete production process to produce, package and label oil for our own brands and for many companies that trust us.

The soil qualities of the area allow for the cultivation of different olive varieties. At our mill, we produce both single-varietal extra virgin olive oil, using the three main olive varieties (Picual, Benizar, and Arbequina), and blended extra virgin olive oils (combining different types of olives).

Our growing areas are spread across the communities of Andalusia, Murcia, Castilla La Mancha, Alicante and Valencia.

Is in our olive mill where the entire oil production process takes place. In its first phase, its reception capacity has been expanded with four hoppers; from there, the olives undergo all the washing, weighing, and selection processes.

During its milling process, it may pass through different types of mills, from which the oil is obtained to be stored in our tanks, and from there it goes to filtering, labelling and batching the product.
